Designed and built a custom Adobe Acrobat guided action in JavaScript for a report type the automated system couldn’t process, cutting its finalization time from over 30 minutes to under 5.
Tested rollouts and updates of the Automation Anywhere finalization RPA against firm quality standards; led a testing team that verified Word and Excel macro compatibility during Microsoft Office upgrades.
Created technical documentation and training materials for team-wide tool adoption; managed the internal SharePoint resource site.
Gave feedback to internal and offshore editors to keep deliverables consistent.
